Olivia communicated with me before our appointment. She was friendly and professional. She was prompt and had all the supplies that she needed. She went straight to work and worked until she completed the jobs she was asked to do.

My original cleaner cancelled morning if so I requested another cleaner since my day was already planned to have a cleaner. Memrie was late due to traffic & it took her longer to clean than expected. She was dedicated to getting the job done.

Memrie did a GREAT Job cleaning my home! I’m very pleased with her work and she has a very pleasant personality!!!

Tetreanna came in with a smile and left with a smile. Hope that is a sign of a good working relationship. She was awesome.

Tanisha was very good. She listened and followed instructions very well. She cleaned and organized with a special touched. Tanisha maintained a smile in all her interactions with us. We would be pleased to have her in our home for professional cleaning again.

Yolanda is awesome. She has a pleasant manner and takes care of everything that she is asked to do. She's very nice and a hard worker. We have requested her for the entirety of our contract. YOLANDA ROCKS!

TKia was exceptional "Again", truly a God Send. Comes on time, sets her priorities for the day and gets right to work, paying attentiom to every detail. Always goes above and beyond and always sets up for next booking.

She was very sweet. Cleaned well, I would use her again. I might have to be more specific about what exactly where I need the most attention.

I don’t know how much you’re paying Chynna, but whatever it is isn’t enough! This young woman did excellent, non-stop work. I don’t think my house has ever been this clean. I hope she’ll work with me again! I tipped her in cash, but next time I’ll tip in my account.

Went above and beyond! House smelled great and looked great (I have 4 dogs so I knew this was already a job to tackle!). Some areas of dusting were missed but I can address this in the next booking, as I’m requesting she do it again. Overall did an amazing job, I can just be nitpicky so probably need to add another hour to the cleaning to get it all done.

She was great and did a great job but the company not so much y’all tried to charge 49.00 for a monthly membership charge and I did approve to that so I’ve told y’all to cancel the membership cause I’m not paying for cleaning and then for a membership fee! What y’all tried to charge me my bank declined it. I told my bank to not pay anything that comes from your company! So I’m done with that!

Leslie did not disappoint. She came in, did not complain, nor need direction, and got to work. The puppies not the kids deterred her from leaving our house, squeaky clean and smelling great. It even felt like she made it a bit colder in the house. I guess the air units felt better too. Will book again. Definitely recommend.

She was amazing! Unfortunate circumstances surrounding previous cleaner no showing and Carmetra was amazing and rescued me. She is a hard worker, and does amazing work! There was some confusion and the payment processed more hours than were completed but we got it fixed.
