He cleaned my 1-bedroom apartment while I was out of town and was communicative during the process, kind, and professional. The process was easy. He folded laundry, did dishes, started the washer, and managed several other details well. Not perfect, but I'm a little OCD and notice little things, but overall satisfied and likely to use him and this service again.

Erin was an excellent maid/housekeeper. My bathrooms and bedrooms were a mess, and she did an excellent job, cleaning all of the old dirt and grime. She was friendly and enthusiastic. However, she broke a towel rack off of the wall, and left it in the bathroom, without telling me. I understand accidents happen, but I would have appreciated a heads up before she left.
