My husband and I were impressed with Yano’s work. She did really well not only in just cleaning but also in arranging the rooms. I was really impressed the way she arranged my daughters room. Also as it got late cleaning our house that particular day she made sure she came the next day to clean the pending ones.

He was friendly and personable toward teenage son and didn't mind my dogs. He gave me cleaning tips of things he found to be effective on difficult areas like the garden tub.
