Sade does a great job, hums and sings to herself as she cleans, talks sweetly to our dog who is crated while she's here, and is a pleasure to have in our home. Hi,You did not clean the oven for which I paid for an additional hour. You cleaned the microwave instead which was not necessary and that's not a feature of one additional hour cleaning. Please let me know if you can issue a refund or you can clean the oven.

He cleaned well and wasn’t in the way of us doing what we had to do while in the home. Appreciate the job well done.
