She was very thorough and personable. She followed all instructions I made online to do. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help cleaning their house.

Hi,You did not clean the oven for which I paid for an additional hour. You cleaned the microwave instead which was not necessary and that's not a feature of one additional hour cleaning. Please let me know if you can issue a refund or you can clean the oven.
