Jerry is a good worker. He cleans whatever I need him to. He takes time to make sure all is thougherl clean.

She did a very good job on cleaning the kitchen doors and restrooms just as I asked. Thank you Shanise, hope to have you again next time.

Zoning and her husband were fantastic! They did an amazing job. They took the time ro understand what I was looking for and explained how they work. I will be using them moving forward!

Overall a good job. He was pleasant and focused on the job. He encouraged me to review his work for any items that did not meet expectations. He did not have a proper vacuum for carpeted areas. A swifer or similar device would be beneficial for hardwood and laminate floor area as well. Missed cleaning a section of the dining area that was not noticed until he left.

Thank you for the clean. I really wish you would have vacuumed under the bed tho and not moved all of my cameras.

Markeis was wonderful! Did everything we asked and then some, he went above and beyond and took care of our home like it was his own!

Imani was very nice and promt and kept me in the loop. However, I saw the place 1/2 hour after she left. The trash had not been emtied at all from inside and the throw rugs had not been vacuumed or even shook out outside. Otherwise, it seems she did a great job!

Danielle was very kind and thorough. I would love to have her again. I wasn't clear about the processes and tipped Danielle in person because I didn't know I could tip online. I will be sure to do so in the future.

There were a few things I was disappointed about: my kitchen sin k was not cleaned, kitcchen appliances were not wiped down. the top of backsplash in master bath had not been cleaned nor was the garage area in master bath cleaned. I thought these things would be part of general cleaning. Otherwise all was fine.

Terrance did a great job. He deserves a 5 star rating. Was very polite, focused on task and finished with perfection.
