Felica was the first thorough cleaning we have received. This was our third time, and the two previous cleaners didn’t put in any effort. Felica stayed in touch and let us know what was going on. Kendra did an amazing job! She was incredibly thorough, wiping down the baseboards, dusting the light fixtures, as well as the window sills and blinds. She also vacuumed the stairwells and mopped the bathroom floors and the main floor. Everything looks great and I couldn’t be happier!

A'Raina was courteous, pleasant, friendly but not too chatty, helpful (noticed my ice cream from the store wasn't put in he freezer) and cleaned my whole main floor plus more in the allotted time. I'd use her again!

The floors were cleaned well. I had hoped she’d wipe down the windowsills and do whatever else she saw needing cleaning. She arrived at 4:30 and left at 6:45. So she didn’t clean for 3 hours. I guess if we continue a monthly clean she should only come for 2 hours? I have a house keeper at the home I reside in and there is no tip necessary I’d rather just pay a monthly fee.
