Cleaning time depends on the mess so if more time is needed,add it. If you have pets you are responsible for providing your own working vacuum. I'm not sure if Janee is having issues at home, but she was on the phone a lot. She also doesn't put stuff back where they belong and I go along afterwards to put things back. Janee is efficient and works hard, but I would like her to focus more on her task. She forgot her vacuum, which isn't a big deal. I will have her again and hope things go more smoothly.

None of the other cleaners ever showed up, so gets 5 stars for that alone! He was very polite and easy going, I definitely would use him again!
