she did not show up nor even reply to my msg or pick up my call or even notify me she was not going to show up. that was not professional at all.

Michael was excellent. He didn’t fully fit my requests, but I would use him again. My problem was not with Michael, but with the cleaning people that they sent afterwards. I also found the company on the site. Very difficult to deal with.

This is my second cleaning with Raniqua. She really does a great job when I walk in my whole house, smells like cleaners and I love it because I can tell she mopped the crap out of everything

VEry thorough cleaning .. but very slow n I think certain glass shelves were cleaned more than once to prolong the time.. very nice lady. I just need someone faster

Robin did a surprisingly good job. I had an unexpected trip and ran out the house. I left everything everywhere forgetting a stranger was coming over. She was trustworthy and sincerely worked with it. My mom is not easy and she requested Robin to come back. I’m sure the next time she comes she’ll be able to earn 5 stars unencumbered.

The apartment required a deep clean. It’s been building up and due to personal issues I haven’t been able to keep on top of it. I was embarrassed for someone to see how badly I needed a clean.
