Kiyomi is great. She has her own business so sometimes brings a helper. My favorite is the woman who came today, an older grandmother type who is super sweet and extremely thorough. In the past if there was anything overlooked Kiyomi has made sure to make things right. I appreciate her help in our home.

I had four bags of laundry and she completed it in the time allotted and I even have money left over in my laundry card. This was my 1st time using a cleaning service and I won't lie. I request someone that had more experience then Kyron, but when he showed he proved he knew what he was doing. Very respectful, paid attention to detail. We walked threw a game plan before he started and everything he said he would do he did. Definitely going to use him again.

The apartment required a deep clean. It’s been building up and due to personal issues I haven’t been able to keep on top of it. I was embarrassed for someone to see how badly I needed a clean. Idk if there is training for employees but I was under the impression I would get a thorough clean. I am satisfied with the end cleaning and the comfortable present I felt.
