I tipped her in person. She’s very personable. She took direction. Well she asked questions. She followed instructions to the tea. She was exceptional. I would highly recommend using her again. In fact, she will be my next housekeeping appointment.

Ebony arrived on time after, adjusting her arrival time to 1:30pm. She did a good job of cleaning and complied with my requests about not going into the 2nd bedroom and the second bathroom because those rooms didn’t need to be cleaned. I didn’t know that she had left, however, because she didn’t say “good bye”. 🤔🌈👍🏻😈🐶

It was a great experience working with Carla today. I would like to request her to come back. She came in I gave her a tour and she handled everything better than expected while I was working.

She is very through and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend fernne as she knows how to clean

You could tell she was in a hurry... appt was at 3pm - she arrived at 430pm - I had asked for 5 hours , she stayed 3.75 hours. There were a lot of missed things... I had put in notes, which I could tell weren't read... so I texted her as well when we started communicating through the app which still went ignored..

Carla was awesome. She was kind and so relatable- I think we could be friends! She got right to it and did a fantastic job. I have a lot of clutter and she helped organize it. My house is super clean and I feel a weight lifted. I’ll definitely hire her again.

I was very pleased with Donna. She arrived on time. Talked with me about tasks that were important to me and went right to work. I was more than happy with her work. Absolutely want her back again.

Lori did a great job in the bathrooms and our dirty kitchen floor. Will be glad to have her back again.

When Carla arrived I handed her a box of Kleenex because I felt so bad about the stack of dishes in the kitchen sink. Can't say enough about Brandon, he is very kind, and easy to work with, I felt extremely comfortable having him there while I was working, and he is an amazing cleaner. I will be using him again.

Evelina is amazing. She has been great and has been enjoyable to have in our home. She is very professional and always on time and very helpful for our family.

Very good! A tad streaky on windows, counters & fridge but I’m a stickler about those things. I’m sure next time it will be excellent!

He paid attention to detail and went above and beyond by wiping walls down and scrubbing those hard-to-reach areas. Haley was only here for 3 hours not four. She did a great job. But would like to know where our roll of paper towels are. My bed wasn’t made. I thought that was part of it too.

I really do not like others in my apartment because of my job that I am remotely working for now. Gregory surpassed every cleaner that I have ever had. This is a cleaner who does not walk in and tell you what they are going to do. He asked. More importantly, it was like having an old friend over. Very impressed and thankful.
