Becky did a great job considering how dirty things were when she arrived. I didn't know what to ask for or how to request things so I probably didn't give her enough time. There were a few small things I would change but overall, she was great!!

I bought her lunch as her tip. I need to change my cleaning date to Nov. 18th at 11:00 and then every month on the third friday of the month at 11:00. I need to know how much its going to cost for these visits. We need to set my appointments for every 3rd friday at 11:00. Please give me a call to discuss price.

Excellent has always. Has a routine established and can clean entire home in Allotted time. Knew a tip to keep shower sliding door from sticking. Definitely a keeper.

I thought Nikki was great! Very professional, polite. There was a little bit of miscommunication as to what I actually wanted to be completed vs what was actually done. Nikki assured me that going forward, I have to provide more guidance on organizing and actually cleaning the entire house vs what I put in my notes as areas of concern.
