She didn’t do all that I had ask to be done. She also didn’t dust all the rooms very well. I wasn’t pleased with her results. I also didn’t care for the cleaner she used, it gave me a headache.

I was disappointed in the fact I believed there would be more than a single individual doing the work and I wouldn’t have to supply my own cleaning supplies? The work was not complete because Frederick ran out of time, so the kitchen and floors were not finished. He did a fabulous job, but if it’s not done it leaves me to finish the job

Freddie was very friendly and did a good job in most places but didn’t appear to do some of the bedrooms upstairs. I wanted them vacuumed and dusted at least. The bathrooms and kitchen and floors were done well.

Yvonne is the best! Not only does she have all the best cleaning secrets, she also has a great personality that made us feel so comfortable to have her in our home. The apartment was left cleaner than the day we moved in and smelled amazing!

Cleaning went okay today. Traffic caused delays in arrival - arrived at 11:45am ET (or so); done by 1:50pm ET; Cleaning with 3 - completed in less than 2.5 hours total; Did fine with most areas - hardwood cleaning just average; Super nice ladies!
