My original cleaner cancelled morning if so I requested another cleaner since my day was already planned to have a cleaner. Memrie was late due to traffic & it took her longer to clean than expected. She was dedicated to getting the job done.

Memrie did a GREAT Job cleaning my home! I’m very pleased with her work and she has a very pleasant personality!!!

Tetreanna came in with a smile and left with a smile. Hope that is a sign of a good working relationship. She was awesome.

Tanisha was very good. She listened and followed instructions very well. She cleaned and organized with a special touched. Tanisha maintained a smile in all her interactions with us. We would be pleased to have her in our home for professional cleaning again.

Yolanda is awesome. She has a pleasant manner and takes care of everything that she is asked to do. She's very nice and a hard worker. We have requested her for the entirety of our contract. YOLANDA ROCKS!

Went above and beyond! House smelled great and looked great (I have 4 dogs so I knew this was already a job to tackle!). Some areas of dusting were missed but I can address this in the next booking, as I’m requesting she do it again. Overall did an amazing job, I can just be nitpicky so probably need to add another hour to the cleaning to get it all done.

Shronda is an excellent housekeeper, however I’m not interested in your company monthly fee and the service to have her complete her job. You have hidden fees and I’m canceling my service.

She was great and did a great job but the company not so much y’all tried to charge 49.00 for a monthly membership charge and I did approve to that so I’ve told y’all to cancel the membership cause I’m not paying for cleaning and then for a membership fee! What y’all tried to charge me my bank declined it. I told my bank to not pay anything that comes from your company! So I’m done with that!

I would have preferred that she communicate better (she was unable to complete the extras I paid for in the time allotted) and had a little more attention to detail (the window sills were still dusty). However, overall, she took my home to haute from hot mess. I walked in feeling lighter and clearer than when I left.
