Shronda is an excellent housekeeper, however I’m not interested in your company monthly fee and the service to have her complete her job. You have hidden fees and I’m canceling my service.

I would have preferred that she communicate better (she was unable to complete the extras I paid for in the time allotted) and had a little more attention to detail (the window sills were still dusty). However, overall, she took my home to haute from hot mess. I walked in feeling lighter and clearer than when I left.

Did a great job with the base boards and most everything else and even wiped down some of the walls. Only thing i would like to see different is that part of the bathroom floor didn't get cleaned and neither did the toilet.

Mae was delightful and earns a 5 for her ability and personality, however the cleaning service had limitations and did not allow her to meet our needs at this time. I would recommend Mae.
