I really appreciate Quania for coming to clean my home. I was shocked walking in the door. I still am in shock. I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Always very consistent on her work. After a couple of visits when she learns the place she arrives and gets to work right away. If she sees something that needs attention and I haven't told her about it, she's very proactive about taking care of it.

I had purchased 6 hours of cleaning and she was done in 5 hours but that wasn’t something in Sarah’s control. I think the guidance on how long it takes to clean each size house is off.

On a side note, I don’t think the 1 star review she recently got was fair because the person was not home to direct her. You have to be there at least for the first cleaning.
