It was a very nice experience. Really loved the way she checked before she stopped by for the cleaning. I would definitely prefer her for my next cleaning.

Had some odd and hard cleaning (Spring Cleaning) request this week and josh plowed through it in record time with no complaints and did a fantastic job. My house looks like a new home ready to show on the market. Josh is a lifesaver.

This was my first cleaning with Uniqua. She did an awesome job. Uniqua did everything I needed done that the 1st cleaner did not.

The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

Best cleaning. Floors were scrubbed well! And bathrooms were very clean minus a spot on the toilet. The stovetop wasn’t clean enough though.

A job well done. She even helped with other tasks when she still had more time left. I appreciate everything she did and would book with her again!

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.

Hillary did a wonderful job. My house never looked so clean. She is very thorough and fast. She worked hard and the place looks great.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

Very personable, but a little unorganized. She may have been distracted or anxious when leaving and couldnt find her phone. She went back into my house,and picked up a phone and got into her car and immediately drove away. I was going to rate her but could not find my phone. I had had the phone in my hand at 3:00 to check my messages. She left at 4:00 .

Mei did great! I have two little kids and two dogs, one of which is a 50lb 5 month puppy and am always running. I love knowing Mei will come in even if I don't get a chance to clean before the clean and it still looks great when I get home and the little things she needs to put away or to the side are always easy to find! Plus she is very nice to talk to :)

Diahann was good in some areas and not so good in other areas. She didn't move any of the knick knacks because she doesn't like to touch other peoples stuff. If you don't touch it how can you clean it? We had to remake the bed. What she did do was done well. With my age and physical problems she did way better than I can do.
