The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Always very consistent on her work. After a couple of visits when she learns the place she arrives and gets to work right away. If she sees something that needs attention and I haven't told her about it, she's very proactive about taking care of it.

I had purchased 6 hours of cleaning and she was done in 5 hours but that wasn’t something in Sarah’s control. I think the guidance on how long it takes to clean each size house is off.

Jamie was very thorough, bathrooms were sparkly clean, she even tidied the toys in kids room. I would definitely bring her back. On a side note, I don’t think the 1 star review she recently got was fair because the person was not home to direct her. You have to be there at least for the first cleaning.
