She was okay, didn't got much cleaned in the 6 hours of working, only 2 small bathrooms and kitchen stove. I honestly thought more would got done but thank you again for everything.

She did an awesome job with the stairs and my house does smell fresh but the toilets weren’t cleaned and unfortunately she ran out of time to get to my closet. She arrived at 10:12 and left at 12:17 so not sure how that’s 2.75 hours. Left a bleach stain on the bathroom rug. The house is clean but these are my issues

NeShiya did a great job getting rid of a water stain in the bathroom sink. The challenge we had were not all shelves were cleaned and when the trash was taken out new bags were not put in. Clients wound up putting trash in bins without trash bags which created another challenge. In almost three hours of cleaning she didn’t manage to fully vacuum and mop.

Was polite. Asked questions regarding cleaning, if there was anything needed? All areas looked good.
