This was my very first time using cleaning service. I didn't know what to expect actually. I guess for first time I needed more than 4 hours. She wasnt able to touch any of the 3 bed rooms or finish the full bathroom. What I love. The dishes were done. What needs to work on. Kitchen island still had food stain and still dust bunny in the corner of the floor. Overall I guess it wasnt too bad.

The cleaning was great! She is the best I’ve had in the quality of the clean, but the cleaning took too long. The office, a half bathroom and a full bathroom were not cleaned because it had been 6 hours since she arrived and we had to leave. Otherwise she is very professional and great quality.

I only need bathroom services in my small 2 bdr/2 bath apartment. I was previously using MerryMaids, sent 2 people and was never able to accomplish what Hita ALONE did. She is THE best cleaner.
