This was a test session and she did a decent job. My house is very clean as it is but I was disappointed that they did not use the right tools to clean the hardwood floor. The bathroom floors were not cleaned as well.

Bascilio was my 2nd cleaning and 2nd cleaner. This was a much better experience than my first… showed up on time and ready to work. I will be booking my next cleaning with Bascilio and subsequent cleanings if he’s available. Bascilio was a refreshing experience.

I give Astorcia high marks for going through with this job. The work I requested from the app was not communicated properly. Typically my house is a easily a 3-person job for its size and a cleaning crew can get through it in 2-3 hours. One person takes 6-8… but Astorcia stayed and attempted to complete the job. Unfortunately, again not Astorcia’s fault, I didn’t get the full clean I requested.

Tanay show up on time kept in touch from the time she accepted the appointment. She came in and did the walk through and set expectations to a level we felt comfortable with and then she went to work. Completed work and did the final walk through. All around a good experience. Maybe see her again in a couple of months. I got this as a gift for my sweetheart.

Brian did a very thorough cleaning job. My only comment is that he did not vacuum my area rugs??? I thought that would be "typically" included in the 3.5 hour cleaning.

Overall it was great some small things were missed like cleaning the oven but not cleaning the racks and not all of the couch sections/end tables in the living room were moved and vacuumed behind.
