However I do not get paid enough for those services through this company to why I do not clean these things. Please do make sure your time request does meet the cleaning list you have. Cleaning time depends on the mess so if more time is needed,add it. If you have pets you are responsible for providing your own working vacuum. Other clients may be allergic to pets as to why I refuse to use my vacuum. Please and thank you.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this cleaning. I’d requested they focus on the floors and bathroom and when I got home not all of the floors were clean. I thought 3 hours would have been a sufficient amount of time for what I was requesting the focus be so I am disappointed I am paying for this.
She’s amazing and perfect employee, please let her come for the next time, I didn’t see due to my work but when I came home I saw the difference and the great job she did

Very nice, pleasant, and on time. She did a great job, except for the bathroom. The sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned, as there was toothpaste still in them. The rug was not vacuumed or shaken and the floor wasn’t washed and the garbage’s were not emptied. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned either. I had to re-clean the bathroom.
