Cleaning time depends on the mess so if more time is needed,add it. If you have pets you are responsible for providing your own working vacuum. Madeline did an excellent job! I have a one year old so things can get pretty messy around here and she did exactly as I asked and went above and beyond! Will be using her for all of my upcoming appointments.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this cleaning. I’d requested they focus on the floors and bathroom and when I got home not all of the floors were clean. I thought 3 hours would have been a sufficient amount of time for what I was requesting the focus be so I am disappointed I am paying for this.

Very nice, pleasant, and on time. She did a great job, except for the bathroom. The sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned, as there was toothpaste still in them. The rug was not vacuumed or shaken and the floor wasn’t washed and the garbage’s were not emptied. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned either. I had to re-clean the bathroom.
She had great questions to make sure we were completely happy. Very open, understanding and friendly. Looking forward to having her come back!
