Sherry is a fast cleaner and does good work. I asked for bathtubs to be clean and shiny and they were. She stays in communication and arrived on time. Very happy with her work.
Sherry must have felt overwhelmed because she forgot to sweep the kitchen or laundry room and wet mop all the rest of the downstairs luxury vinyl. Bathrooms were completed and cob webs swept from rooms. Not sure whether she vacuumed any carpets. Very pleasant personality!

Everything looked good but I think dirty water was used to mop part of the floor. Came home to a mildewy/musty smell that I removed when remopping.

I was happy with Melissa's cleaning, she was very helpful and friendly. I did like her; however, she does smoke, I'm ok as long as it is outside and she throws cigarettes away (not on the property) my husband is former smoker and I feel it might be a temptation for an elderly man with lung problems.
