Jacquelyn was very responsive to my requests and did a good job. Only reason not five stars is because didn’t clean up floors after cleaning stove/oven and refrigerator - I had to clean those after she left. However, she was constantly in communication confirming appointment for several days prior to appointment and was very punctual, which I appreciate. Would request her again.
This was her second cleaning at my home. And she left it just as amazing as she did the first time. Great to get along with and amazing at her job.
