Vera has really great communication. We texted several days before the appointment and then again at the start of the appointment (I was at work). She managed her time well and got a lot done in my requested cleaning time. I will definitely be rebooking!

Jacquelyn was very responsive to my requests and did a good job. Only reason not five stars is because didn’t clean up floors after cleaning stove/oven and refrigerator - I had to clean those after she left. However, she was constantly in communication confirming appointment for several days prior to appointment and was very punctual, which I appreciate. Would request her again.

Fantastic job! Russel brought his girlfriend to help out due to the size of our home, they were both very professional and thorough. I have ceramic tile in the bathrooms (4) they are super clean, white grout is difficult and let me tell you they look Amazing! Every surface was touched, even the kids play room. But my house is spotless, between getting double bachelors two jobs and Dylan with depression, and a touch of ADHD my house specifically the laundry in bathroom were a wreck she came in. It was so sweet I didn’t feel judged or like a burden at all. I already scheduled my next four appointments.

I really like LaCasha she was very good. But 2 things were not good. 1 she didn't clean the hood above the stove and 2 she changed the functionality of kitchen sink faucet sprayer. Unfortunately I am strong enough to change back that faucet. Everything else was excellent.

Kimber was very nice and very helpful when it comes to organization and cleanliness she really helped me with some great ideas on how I can remake my apartment and really went out of her way to make sure I liked everything she did

She worked for 7 hours even though she charged only for 4 hours. Worked continuously, non-stop, no breaks. Very hard working strong women.

Kimber was polite and cleaned everything as expected. She followed instructions and managed her time well. She was very late due to some personal issues and a flat tire, but she did get straight to work and got everything I needed done. She did not bring her own supplies though.

Shana was extremely thorough and meticulous. This is the cleanest my bathroom has ever been. It's probably cleaner than when we moved in. I would 100% recommend Shana. She is also a lovely person. Arrived 52 minutes late an I didn’t like that she wasn’t out of my home before guest arrived. The cleaning itself was very thorough, she was polite and not snoopy.
