Did a good job the first time and the appointment was supposed to be on Monday morning for the second appointment but somehow was scheduled for Tuesday instead.

Melinda always arrives with a smile. I've added something for her to do the past 2 times and she thanked me for pointing them out. She is so nice to work with.

He was very pleasant. Did a very good detail job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who takes pride in their job. Looking forward to working with him again.

This WAS NOT my 2nd cleaning. My first scheduled cleaning June 17th was with Sade. She NEVER CAME. She must have given herself a 4 star rating, because I did not ! Today's appointment with Edna has been excellent. She's professional, efficient, and friendly. I would like to have her as my regular cleaner.She gets an A+.

Lou arrived on time. She was very friendly and efficient We will request her again very soon. Y house looks beautiful!!!!

To be honest , We were worried initially how a college girl would be good at this ! But as we see her getting the cleaning done , i understood how wrong I was and she really did a wonderful job with cleaning and without a second thought , she will be the one we will consider for future cleanings as well to recommend our friends

She did not let me know that she was sending another person in her behalf. Was also 45 minutes late to the appointment. If it weren't for the wonderful replacement, I would have rated lower.

Tiki was very nice and professional! Overall she did a great job but there were a few minor things missed like the microwave and dusting the ceiling fans. Other than that, the clean was fantastic! We would definitely have Tiki out again.

One of the things I appreciate about Irma is that if she fills up a trash bag or two, even if I am working alongside of her, she will always take the trash to the back door and set it outside. In a kind and gentle manner she encourages me and guides me in my “next steps.”

Overall a great first experience. There were some areas she could have spent a little more time on but did focus on my specific requests and did a great job on those areas of the home.

Kay was a very sweet girl and did a good job. but I'm being charged for 3 hours and she was only here 2 hours and 10 minutes. so what do we do? is it supposed to be by the hour or by the job? so when we clear up the way we pay I'll think about my tip.
