Initially I was pleased with her service, however, I noticed that she didn't mop under the couches (which easily slide around on my wood floors), nor did she mop under the rug. She also didn’t want any direction on what I desired. It took her 6 hours to do the same work that my new cleaner did in 4. Nevertheless, what she did clean was cleaned well.

Very polite young man and completed all the requests. The only thing we didn’t know was he is not comfortable with big dog. So we have to put the dog away and that struggled a bit because I was worried about he freaking out. We would definitely use him again except we prefer not to deal with the dog issues again.

Jazmin arrived on time to work even though she had to make a pit stop on her way. I like her work because she came with her team which made her job quicker, faster and was able clean.
