Lorenzo was good and he worked hard. He did extra things and cleaned addtl areas. However, instead of the extras, I would have preferred to have more time and effort put into the areas that I specified I really wanted cleaned. Went to sweep and wipe counter the next day and noticed broom and dish towel were gone.
