Angie's first time as my cleaning assistant was today. This is the get acquainted day. She did very well. I let her know the things I am comfortable with and specific things I can't spend time on with my schedule. I am glad they run a special for this day, if only for this reason. It takes time to show another person your world and how you see it.

EJ was great. He communicates very well which is important to me since I have had so many no shows. He was extremely thorough and I hope he comes back!

I give Carla 5 stars. Carla is very hard working and professional. My rooms were clean and smelling refreshed. Carla how's above and beyond to satisfy you.

Jasmine is the best. She is always so very kind and completes the work promptly and quietly, she knows exactly what to do without asking and goes above and beyond. I’m always so excited about having Jasmine as our cleaner and would highly recommend her.

It was nice to walk in to a clean house! I thought the dishes were included in the services provided but they weren’t done.

Charles was satisfactory. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He kept working until the jobs were completed.

She and her team did okay, but the stacked my boxes next to the trash can....I have recycling so all boxes go to that can....they did not mention the boxes or I would have told them they should have went in the recycling can.

Karis arrived to the appt in time. The kitchen was clean although there were still surfaces like the backsplash that weren't wiped down (not sure if that wasn't included). She wasn't able to finish one of the bathrooms and the other one the shower wasn't completely clean. However overall she was friendly and communicated with me.

Tim was punctual and listened to my immediate needs. i am so pleased. i just had shoulder and arm surgery and unable to clean my floors and bathrooms as i am accustomed . i would like to use Tim again. My kitchen sparkling clean. He even organized my laundry room shelf. wow. so happy.

Caitlin and her team did a good job. A few things were missed when I went back to check in the bathrooms and on the floors. Overall I was pleased with the service that was provided.

Did a great job on kitchen. I didn't understand I wouldn't get general cleaning in other rooms with upgrade. I have been sick and needed help with mopping and vacuuming.
