The first appointment was rescheduled by the cleaner. May 5, 2023, was my first encounter and there was no cleaning on that day because I learned before she arrived that my builder was going to re-paint the interior of my home. I explained to her that after the painting was completed, I would schedule a cleaning. Alexis was very pleasant and personable.

Not bad pretty good work. The shower wasn't cleaned to remove all the stains that were on the glass door and spots were still on the shower walls. The very top of piece of bedroom furniture wasn't dusted off. Other than those two issues I was very pleased.

Chana has cleaned for me a few times and is very good. She tries hard and takes her time and cares about the quality.

On time and clear communication. My 1st time to have someone clean our bathrooms and kitchen so I'm unsure the allotted time I reserved was enough. The bathrooms glass doors could be a little cleaner.

Bracquell did a great job. I love that she managed to get all areas cleaned on our list. I’ve had issues in the past trying to get people to maintain vs deep clean and she completely understood our request.

There were certain items missed. Bathroom mirrors were not cleaned; nor was the microwave or the outside of the refrigerator. She was very willing but I had to tell her what to do.
