She was on time . However, school has started back, so I was at work when she came. I think this will work better if I am home when she comes. The bed was not made like I expected and the guest bath was not cleaned. The steam mop was put away with the wet pads still on it. I am going to move the next appointment so that I can be home.

Jennifer did an excellent job. She had car problems but still managed to show up instead of cancelling on me and I really appreciated that.

Lecha was very good and she came on time. She did a good job of completing 1 floor in 2 hours and we have given her some suggestions in terms of products that she needs to use in the bathrooms for better cleaning the next time around. We are going to call her for the next cleaning in 2 weeks time.

Shaquanna came in and once again, did a great job for us; however, not sure if there was a miscommunication or what, but our carpet upstairs wasn't vacuumed and the floors in the basement weren't cleaned. Floors are listed as a priority for us, so not sure why they weren't done. None the less, we will be continuing with Shaquanna. She does a great job.

Audra was great. She is super sweet and did a good job even though she had problems with her vacuum/mop. She pushed though and worked until the job was done.

Shanquandra is always on time and will clean anything I ask her to clean. She will also come tell you to check the cleaning to make sure there was nothing she missed. If she did miss something, she will do it right away.

Chana was great. She cleaned, did laundry and organized. I’m glad to finally have quality help so I can focus on things that bring me joy. There were a few hiccups with some broken glass and now I see that my garbage disposal stopped working due to a plastic bag being stuck in the disposal. This cost me a headache and a few extra bucks to have it checked and cleared out.

Armondo really went above and beyond! He did things that I didn't even ask him to do like change the light bulbs and add more toilet paper in the bathroom. I just usually need help with general straightening up and he really took care to organize and arrange things in a very aesthetically pleasing way. Would use him again!
