I blame the company for putting both he and I in this terrible position. He’s a lovely person and willing to learn so be prepared for on the job training by you. I give him a 5 for his lovelyness not the cleaning.

After doing all my cleaning I have reached the age where I need assistance. Michael did a good job of understanding my nervousness and calmed me down. He did a great job of cleaning for me and we are hoping to have him here regularly.

Regina did a very good job. She wasn't only on time, she was early. She sat on her car and waited until 1:00 p.m. and then came to the door 5 minutes early. That's really a pro. She cleaned very well. She's very pleasant. And she has all of her own stuff. I will be using her again.

She did well with cleaning the bathrooms, but she didn't clean the floor of the rest of the house properly. The floors got sticky and dirty after the cleaning.

Things were a little haphazard for us as we were getting ready to move upstate. Lisa did an amazing job amongst our boxes. I hope to have her visit one last tome more time as we leave altogether.

When Regime arrived, early, I showed her all my rooms and told her what I wanted done in each room. She was thorough. I left her alone and I went to my back porch and worked on laundry. I told her if she had any questions to come to back porch. I stayed out of her way. I was very satisfied.she did everything I asked her to do and some!

Queens was very personable and handled our troop of dogs gracefully. Overall her work was good. She didn’t have time to get to the additional service we signed up for but she did only charge us for the hours she worked.

This was our second appointment with Giovanny and I am just as pleased! Unfortunately we had a spill in the oven and it was heated after that by accident- what a mess! Now the oven looks brand-new! You would never know. This is just one example of the prode Giovanny takes in his work.

Giovanni did a wonderful job once again. He is very thorough when he is cleaning the house and I love it. He is so sweet and kind. Can't wait to see him for the next appointment.

Sarah is friendly and professional. She was in my home for 3 hours and looked to be diligently cleaning (although to be fair, I wasn't watching as I was in my home office most of the time). Most of the house was cleaned but apparently 3 hours was not enough to completely clean the floors and fold laundry. Hopefully next time!
