He is thorough, but did not complete major items I had asked him to do such as dusting (LR is still dusty). Guest room bed linens not changed, or room vacuumed. If you just paid to have your house cleaned would’nt you expect dusting to be done? It’s the first thing you notice when you come in…dust. Laundry (towels) were not completed. Left in washer. He strictly ran out of time.

My sink had problems with drainage so she went the extra mile by making a makeshift sink using two large plastic containers. What a great worker she turned out to be.

My house was “CN” {cleaning neglected} as O say for quite some time as I hurt my back a few months ago. Elizabeth was here ALL DAY. When my family returned from a day out the were thoroughly impressed. I will be using Elizabeth again on my regular cleaning schedule.

A bit disappointed that we found numerous cobwebs and the windows weren’t cleaned. Hard to say if the baseboards were cleaned. It was an empty townhouse. The kitchen and bathrooms looked good.
