I really can’t rate Zakary because he was sent out with no training or real experience. I don’t blame him for the poor job. He really tried. I blame the company for putting both he and I in this terrible position. He’s a lovely person and willing to learn so be prepared for on the job training by you. I give him a 5 for his lovelyness not the cleaning.

Regina did a very good job. She wasn't only on time, she was early. She sat on her car and waited until 1:00 p.m. and then came to the door 5 minutes early. That's really a pro. She cleaned very well. She's very pleasant. And she has all of her own stuff. I will be using her again.

Romonia arrived as scheduled. She is very pleasant and conscientious. She worked very quietly and the house smelled awesome after she left. I highly recommend Romonia. I wasn’t sure how the payment was handled so I tipped her before she left.

One of the best cleaning done. If you need your home thoroughly clean contact Danyell. She doesn’t mind getting down on her knees to get the bottom of cabinets and appliances clean.

As always Elizabeth was right on time and very professional. She did an awesome job with everything I asked her to do. I especially appreciate that she brings all of her own cleaning supplies and always goes a little above and beyond.

Sarah is friendly and professional. She was in my home for 3 hours and looked to be diligently cleaning (although to be fair, I wasn't watching as I was in my home office most of the time). Most of the house was cleaned but apparently 3 hours was not enough to completely clean the floors and fold laundry. Hopefully next time!

Danielle is so pleasant to be around and did a super nice job for her first time. She is a quick study, a good listener and willing to go over any missed detail. There were only a couple items forgotten which is aging for a first time visit especially when she planned for 3 hours and worked for 4 1/2. I forgot the 2 items myself so she still deserves a 5!!

Eileen is very pleasant and sweet there was not much to do because she was here last week and cleaned every thing. This time she will have to clean, my house will be need it . Her daughter and granddaughter come with and they are very sweet. She may have been here three hours but not always cleaning no we talked a lot it was very pleasant.
