Very nice, but asked what had to be done all the time. Didn't bring cleaning supplies. Made beds very nicely, and bathrooms left sparkling clean. Didn't clean the kitchen , nor the appliances on the outside. All the time with her cel phone on, speaking.

Even though language was a barrier, we managed pretty well. Vera needed very little direction and managed to complete the task efficiently and timely. She is gentle kind and sweet.

Her cleaning was very good. She came in and got to it. When she left our house smelled and looked clean. I had reserved 5 hrs but she was finished 45 mins early. Only complaint would be she did not speak English so we could not communicate well.
