I was surprised that she showed up with no mop broom or vacuum foe the carpet in the closets She left for about 30 minutes to go buy a mop.. The facets were left to dry on there own and I had to go back over them to wipe off the water speckles. Other than that she was very personable and did a good job I tippped her 10 Cash before she left

I have been struggling to keep up with house chores for a while now, so having Tiffani come in and help me was MORE than helpful. I can’t even begin to explain what her help and her work means to me. She took initiative in things I wouldn’t have thought to ask her and was quick and detailed. Will most DEFINITELY keep her. Lol THANK YOU

Raquel got an amazing amount of work done in the time allotted. My house was really cluttered and dirty. Raquel and her assistant knew just what to do and were wonderfully organizational and unobtrusive as I worked away in my office in another part of the house. They had a lot to do and got it done quickly and with a great attitude. I would have them back anytime.

Morgan did an excellent job at my home. She was personable, came prepared, and confirmed the work she did was adequate…it was well beyond that. Would have Morgan back anytime.

Elsie was wonderful—not only did she do a wonderful job cleaning, but she was friendly, professional and respectful. At one point, she waited to turn on the vacuum until I was finished taking my mom’s blood pressure because she didn't want the noise to startle her. I also appreciate that she showed up early for the appointment! 10 stars!!!

Very punctual and thorough. We had great conversation, though me talking her ear off didn’t distract her for the tasks at hand. Very vibrant and hardworking soul.

Alana contacted me as agreed and was at my house on time. We communicated via text because I was still in Florida. I asked her to clean my white wooden floors only. No bathrooms or kitchen work needed but somehow she forgot about the upstairs floors, not sure if it was a misunderstanding.

Amber was fast, but not really very detailed. I would probably not use her again. Pleasant woman tho.

Cleaning was good but none of the wastebaskets or trash was picked up. They usually empty all wastebaskets and big trash area under sink. Maybe she forget. I did tip her.

Janique(Parris) was AMAZING, phenomenal, very educated, and polite!!! She even cleaned my glass French doors, and it wasn't even on the list. Joshua provided wonderful cleaning services and left the house clean and tidy! He even went out of his way to get tape for one of our windows that had cracked. Scheduling and communication was easy and efficient. He was Very responsive and polite, both in scheduling and in providing cleaning services. I will absolutely be using him in the near future for services.

Book for 4 hours and cleaned 1bathroom, 1bedroom, kitchen and floors. Very nice and allows you to set her cleaning order and prioritize.

Excellent. Didn't quite use the full 2.5 hours but apparently didn't need it because the place is spotless.

On time...good personality...honest..sweet...young & learning. My a/c had died suddenly and she didnt complain about the heat once. I understand some of the other reviews, as it took longer than expected for her to finish some tasks, but with training, guidance and encouragement she will work hard.

Terri did an amazing job! The house looks great. She was very upset when she was unable to arrive on time, but it was no problem for us. She gave me updates as she traveled. I'd highly recommend her!!
