The apartment required a deep clean. It’s been building up and due to personal issues I haven’t been able to keep on top of it. I was embarrassed for someone to see how badly I needed a clean. Jane is nice and a good listener. The job is done well. My only concern is punctuality. She was late for an hour and a half due to the issue of the train. I think also because is her first time in our area and not familiar with where to go. Satisfied with the job she did.

I just moved from overseas with lots of boxes filled with stuff and no furniture to store it away properly. Expected Fabiana’s team to refuse the dire situation after walking through the door. They ended up making the best of the space with no instruction required of me. Very impressed with their intuition and creativity, as well as making the house sparkling clean.

Very nice person to work with. Not much was completed in house due to the amount of time spent on master bedroom and bathroom which toilets were never cleaned. Appropriate mop is needed to clean wood floors… I’ll be prepared to use my own mop from the beginning next time. Great with vacuuming. I would use her again but with more guidance.

Alexa is such a lovely young woman. I am giving her these stars mostly because of that. On her cleaning skills: She was a bit slow and I think doesn't know how to clean in a detail manner. She did not use her 4+ hours well. I did not feel that my house felt clean after she left. My shower and mirrors needed me to go back and clean them. But she is lovely.

It was a team of two, and they did a great job organizing closets and tabletops. They vacuumed every inch of the house. The rugs looked great. My concern is that they wanted to charge me for five hours when they only cleaned for one and a half hours.
