Cellisa is the best housekeeper I had for years. Very professional, pays an attention to the details, very punctual. Too bad I had Melliss to substitute my regular cleaning lady, who had a surgery a few days ago, but I would definitely recommend Cellusa to other families in need.

Beyond expectations! She emptied boxes I had full of stuff that has been on my floor for a year and a half. She also did laundry for me and just did an amazing job. She makes the bed perfectly!

Chris and his team did a great job with the area they got clean within time they used. Only dislike is that I didn’t know it was a 3 people team. I didn’t asked for that, they it was nice, they didn’t use up to my requested time stating it’s because they had to divide the time or something…but other than that? Their work was good

She was awesome but I am canceling membership because I feel I was tricked into the fine print I never wanted a membership there’s no contact or customer service support it is clearly a Facebook scam like I thought and if this company charges me anything I am not aware of I will process fraud with my bank because you don’t do that to people. Alexa is such a lovely young woman. I am giving her these stars mostly because of that. On her cleaning skills: She was a bit slow and I think doesn't know how to clean in a detail manner. She did not use her 4+ hours well. I did not feel that my house felt clean after she left. My shower and mirrors needed me to go back and clean them. But she is lovely.

Amazing as always. I don’t know how she cleaned my daughter’s crazy room, but she did. It’s amazing.

I would have appreciated her asking what else could be done with my remaining time, after completing the specific items I had listed.

She was great at what she did, however, we have a lot left undone. I was hoping to get more cleaning done today. I have a big house and we just moved, so I knew it would be a big job, that’s why I requested 7 hours.

I should have booked another hour, but she did a great job in the time she had! Right on time and very nice.

Overall he did a good job, admittedly our house was long overdue to be cleaned. It wasn't perfect but I am happy with his work. I like that I was able to pay for the extra window cleaning and baseboard cleaning which typically is not an option with cleaning services I have used in the past. Looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks.
