Beyond expectations! She emptied boxes I had full of stuff that has been on my floor for a year and a half. She also did laundry for me and just did an amazing job. She makes the bed perfectly!

Kristina was excellent. She was pleasant, efficient, and my place looks great. She was also very sweet to my 2 dogs which is something I appreciate since they are rescue dogs and require some special care and affection. I will be asking for Kristina to return for my future appointments.

I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

Fantastic communication, punctual and did an amazing and thorough job. She read my notes and followed instructions well. She even went above and beyond in some areas. Will request her again.

She was awesome but I am canceling membership because I feel I was tricked into the fine print I never wanted a membership there’s no contact or customer service support it is clearly a Facebook scam like I thought and if this company charges me anything I am not aware of I will process fraud with my bank because you don’t do that to people. Overall he did a good job, admittedly our house was long overdue to be cleaned. It wasn't perfect but I am happy with his work. I like that I was able to pay for the extra window cleaning and baseboard cleaning which typically is not an option with cleaning services I have used in the past. Looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks.
