Leslie Ann did a great job, but Saturdays don't work for me. I have found an independent cleaner who can more accommodate my needs. I've cancelled my future appointments for now. I tried to send a message to Leslie, but always got a message that it had failed, and to try again.

Joseph was polite and punctual, and did a very nice job. He was very responsive to any requests to pay attention to the outside of the cupboards in the kitchen. For example, and really made a great difference in my husband’s room. I really appreciated his help.

We meant to submit this a while back, but Jennifer cleaned our house a couple of months ago. She really went above and beyond and made sure we were pleased with her work before she left. This was all in context of having a bunch of people in and out of the house doing repairs which also required the dogs to be inside while she was working. Excellent job-highly recommend!

Tana was energetic and very thorough! I was impressed that she even made a make shift long-handled duster out of painter tools to be able to get dust and cobwebs from the very hard high spots and corners of the ceilings. Great work!

Lee went above and beyond. There was paint all over the outside corner of our shower, and Lee scraped it all off so it looks like new. She also taught me about cleaning products that I didn't know existed. She's very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely invite her back again.

Erica worked her tail off to get our shower clean. Got all the hard water stains and rust spots off.

I found a number of insisted surfaces, rug wasn’t vacuumed under the couch and I found crumbs in the refrigerator bins.

Dawn did a great job. This was her first time here and I was in a meeting when she arrived so we couldn't to a walk though together, but she just got right to it, focused on the priority areas, and did an amazing job with very little direction.

I was charged for 6 hours and she initially worked 4 had her go back over missed cleaning. Still not satisfied. She needs to pay attention to the details and not rush to do a half ass job.

Carol did fantastic! I have a jungle of plants that many other cleaners have had trouble cleaning around- and I'm usually left disappointed by dirt still hanging out on my shelves. But Carol did a wonderful job cleaning around my plants, leaving my jungle happy and my shelves spotless! Really impressed!

Lawrence pays attention to the smallest detail, works efficiently and independently, and was extremely respectful of me, my home, my belongings, and my cats.

This was my first cleaning with Carol, all while in the midst of some home renovations. I am extremely pleased with the cleaning, and for the first time in a while, feel comfortable walking on my floors with only socks on! She and her partner Jason (also a delight!) had things done in a speedy, yet super thorough manner. I look forward to seeing them again soon! Highly recommended!

Carolyn was amazing--she was incredibly thorough, timely, and professional. She did deep cleaning on very thick dust and took away grimy areas in my kitchen that I know would not be possible for me to clean as thoroughly, and not for lack of effort--she knows how to match the right products to the problem, and she takes care of them with great skill and ease. I'd hire her again for sure!

Donna was prompt and made it to my house in the mountains after a heavy snow (I had been plowed). Donna did a decent job and I have no complaints; I just didn't get the "excellent" vibe I got from the first person who came and cleaned my house. I gave Donna a cash tip the day she cleaned, so I'm not including anything here.

Michelle did well., she is quiet and does her work efficiently. Also tries when asked to do something specific (detailed cleaning). Since I was there while cleaning, it would have been nice to go over together what needs to be improved.

The cleaning was great. It isn't easy to cover a 3 level house in 3 hours but Shonie takes care of the areas that are important to me and does a thorough job. (Especially with a 6 month puppy who wants to help.)
