Whatever cleanser used on hardwood is dull and smeared. Floor in living room corners are still dusty. Barroom is spotless. Kitchen good.

She was excellent. I would appreciate an additional half an hour so she could spend a extra time in the kitchen.

Charla was very thorough, very respectful and great with our pets and family. She had a great personality and was very careful to ensure that all needs were met.

Samantha did a wonderful job! I really appreciate that she uses a mop and bucket instead of one of those swiffers that smear dirty around more than cleaning.

Suzana showed up on time and had great communication. The work was solid and beyond my expectations.

When my condo was super hot she tried to use my box fan and it accidentally broke, she reported it quickly to me and tried to pay me back for it, but it was old anyways and I was planning on getting a new one anyways. I appreciated more that she reported it to me immediately and can trust that if anything else happened that I would know as it happened :).

As usual Sherida was on time, went right to work, was friendly, kind and did an excellent job (she even is friendly and patient with our “bark at everything” little dog.

This was Sirina’s first cleaning and she did many things well. The kitchen counters were cleaned well, as were the appliances. I wish she would have swept and mopped the floors better and vacuumed the living room carpet.

Kaitlyn was on time and ready to go. I always feel awkward staying at home while a cleaner is cleaning, but I had to because of work and it was no problem for her and we actually had some laughs! Will definitely be my go-to cleaner going forward. Thanks Kaitlyn!

She was so wonderful! Arrived on time. Was very thorough and did everything I asked her to do, and then some. Was very communicative. I would love her every time

Most things were done very well, including cabinet fronts, mirrors and door frames! The master bedroom dark furniture (the dresser and behind the bed--the headboard area) were missed dusting, and the bookshelves in the office and the desk didn't seem to be done either.

Sara did a great job. Sara was punctual and did great with her communication. Sara did the best job cleaning my place from my two previous cleaners. Sara has high standards of cleaning, and it is very much appreciated. Highly recommend Sara!!! I tipped Sara in person. Her standard of cleaning seems to be that of a deep cleaning.

David and his team did an amazing job, dare I say our house has never looked. Better. Friendly, punctual and I think they installed a new stovetop! I’m kidding of course but it’s so clean it looks new. Everything was great beginning to end. Top to bottom Highly recommend.

Joseph was polite and punctual, and did a very nice job. He was very responsive to any requests to pay attention to the outside of the cupboards in the kitchen. For example, and really made a great difference in my husband’s room. I really appreciated his help.

Bertese was very nice and did well on a bulk of what was asked. I would only ask that she be more detailed in cleaning. Missed corners or items not moved aside on a counter can add up.

My house looks and smells Amazing! I clean constantly, however with 4 dogs and a cat, the hair, dirt from the backyard, and dust (that actually takes a wet rag to clean) I can't seem to keep my house the way I like it. She moved large area rugs and furniture to clean underneath them and actually put them back where they belong. I couldn't be more tickled!

She did an excellent job and communicated very well before my appointment so everything was covered.

This was the best cleaning I’ve ever had using this service. She did everything! I didn’t need much direction. She just me what needed to fine and did it. I would definitely work with her again and I highly recommend her to everyone.

The cleaning was ok. However, she missed cleaning the little entry room from the garage for the second time and the mopping of the floor could have been better. Please do not use abrasive powders (Comet, Ajax) on the tubs. They leave a powdery residue.

Elizabeth did an excellent job. She made good decisions and got things done with minimal supervision.

Frances did a great job cleaning. She is a hard worker and very professional. The only down side is she was not able to make it at the scheduled time, she did call to let me know she would be late which was fine, but after the 2nd time she missed I had to call her to see if she was still coming. I would still recommend her, her cleaning was excellent.

Maybe my expectations were too high but I purchased the 6 hour service and there were definitely areas of the house that did not get cleaned (ie. floors weren't vacuumed and the guest bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned). Monique was very nice and worked hard for the 6 hours but the parts left were too noticeable not to comment on.
