When my condo was super hot she tried to use my box fan and it accidentally broke, she reported it quickly to me and tried to pay me back for it, but it was old anyways and I was planning on getting a new one anyways. I appreciated more that she reported it to me immediately and can trust that if anything else happened that I would know as it happened :).

This was Sirina’s first cleaning and she did many things well. The kitchen counters were cleaned well, as were the appliances. I wish she would have swept and mopped the floors better and vacuumed the living room carpet.

Kaitlyn was on time and ready to go. I always feel awkward staying at home while a cleaner is cleaning, but I had to because of work and it was no problem for her and we actually had some laughs! Will definitely be my go-to cleaner going forward. Thanks Kaitlyn!

Most things were done very well, including cabinet fronts, mirrors and door frames! The master bedroom dark furniture (the dresser and behind the bed--the headboard area) were missed dusting, and the bookshelves in the office and the desk didn't seem to be done either.

David and his team did an amazing job, dare I say our house has never looked. Better. Friendly, punctual and I think they installed a new stovetop! I’m kidding of course but it’s so clean it looks new. Everything was great beginning to end. Top to bottom Highly recommend.

Joseph was polite and punctual, and did a very nice job. He was very responsive to any requests to pay attention to the outside of the cupboards in the kitchen. For example, and really made a great difference in my husband’s room. I really appreciated his help.

Frances did a great job cleaning. She is a hard worker and very professional. The only down side is she was not able to make it at the scheduled time, she did call to let me know she would be late which was fine, but after the 2nd time she missed I had to call her to see if she was still coming. I would still recommend her, her cleaning was excellent.

Maybe my expectations were too high but I purchased the 6 hour service and there were definitely areas of the house that did not get cleaned (ie. floors weren't vacuumed and the guest bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned). Monique was very nice and worked hard for the 6 hours but the parts left were too noticeable not to comment on.

I didn't check their work even thought they asked me to. Master bathroom floor didn't seem to be swept or mopped. I asked for dusting the upstairs and 3 rooms were missed. Floors overall weren't done very well. I don't want to complain about her because she was very sweet and kind..makes me sad to complain

She left the floors way too wet, with standing water. Same with countertops in the bathroom. Move the furniture as I requested to vacuum underneath it, but failed to move it back so I could not get my wheelchair around the living room. Overall she was good and I would be happy to have her again

I found a number of insisted surfaces, rug wasn’t vacuumed under the couch and I found crumbs in the refrigerator bins.

My best cleaner since using this company! I hope to have her back, she was friendly, very detail oriented and did a wonderful job. My stove looked brand new and she did cleaned small, but important things like baseboards, door jams etc.

Shannon does a nice job and we love coming home to a clean house. We had added three notes for this cleaning for specific things to look at and she didn't do any of them. That was disappointing, but I wonder if putting the notes in the appointment online isn't the best way to get the information across?
