The service was excellent, but I don't understand why your rate doubled in the span of 2 weeks, so I'm paying double what I expected to pay, without any warning. Not cool. Tried to text you, got no reply. Tried to leave a voicemail, but mailbox was full.

Out of the 3.5 hours they came in and barely cleaned anything. When they moved something it was not put back and nothing was wiped down or dusted. No vacuuming or mopping. I walked in on them on my couch scrolling through their phone.

Kristin is really nice and she even helped out with my daughters. She’s very good at cleaning and very friendly and helpful!

I had asked that he pay special attention to the baseboards but he skipped over them in the bathroom as well as missing the facets/shower heads. Since it was his first time at the house he might just be getting his rhythm. I would consider using him again.

Trevion did a great job where he cleaned, and even got some stains out of my porcelain farmhouse sink (much appreciated!). He just didn’t get nearly as much accomplished as I had hoped for a 7 hr cleaning… didn’t even get through our main floor… I expected at least the entire main floor would be sparkling
