Our scheduled appointment was for 8:30 AM, then she revised it to 9:30 AM and came to our house at 9:00 AM. She cleaned our house spotless. We are happy that she gave suggestions to my son on a couple of things that require attention. We will happily recommend her to our friends.

I appreciated how quickly Jocelin responded to my original request. The house smells fresh and she did a great job in the bathrooms and the slider door track! Also appreciated the master bed was made up for us. I hate only giving 4 stars but we were scheduled for 9am but she got here around 11:30. We had to cut her cleaning time slightly due to expected company coming.
