She was good, just look for number of hours she working, sometimes app is confusing and it applies more hours than work done. But cleaning wise she has done good job.

Rachele came 30 minutes late and left early 1.5 hours early. She was pleasant while here but she accompanied nothing really. She didn’t get to any bathrooms/showers and did not complete the floors.

Our scheduled appointment was for 8:30 AM, then she revised it to 9:30 AM and came to our house at 9:00 AM. She cleaned our house spotless. We are happy that she gave suggestions to my son on a couple of things that require attention. We will happily recommend her to our friends.

I appreciated how quickly Jocelin responded to my original request. The house smells fresh and she did a great job in the bathrooms and the slider door track! Also appreciated the master bed was made up for us. I hate only giving 4 stars but we were scheduled for 9am but she got here around 11:30. We had to cut her cleaning time slightly due to expected company coming.
