She was over an hour late but is a fast cleaner. Not top quality shelves were missed. I felt guilty asking for her to include what was listed. She cleaned only 2.5 hours & seemed to want to leave.

Kristen came with her personal bag of tricks, products she knows enhance the job. I was very specific about my priorities which made her job easier to do. I love that she methodically cleaned each item without the feeling she was rushing and so no corners were cut.

My house was cleaner then it ever has been. When Yvonne says she is a deep cleaner, she is not exaggerating. She cleaned my kitchen cabinets and behind and under my sofa which I was not expecting. Her cleaning is above and beyond.
