Very nice person but not very thorough. Bathroom cabinets still dirty and kitchen ones as well. Ok job. Felt the same on my first time with her but wanted to give her 2nd chance. I need a little more with my person.

Ana did an amazing job deep cleaning but unfortunately never made it upstairs after 7 hours Im looking for somone to complete the common areas and bathrooms both up and downstairs once a week. I would give her another try she does work really hard. Hoping next time she can complete both within 7 hours.

She was very pleasant, went over the areas I asked. She asked a couple of times if there was anything else I would like her to work on since she still had sometime left. I asked to go over my bathroom glass wall again and she did with the most positive attitude. I will definitely book my next appointment with Phoenixx again.

Very nice and on time to start. Took a very long time to do only half the house, and wasn’t able to finish the job, because her allotted time was up before she could complete everything. Very nice person, but can’t really review her cleaning.

Clement was fantastic. My house felt so clean and well cared for. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Charles was a really nice guy, and he carefully cleaned my townhome. It took a little longer than we all expected, but the results were very nice! I had a problem with the cleaning service payment end. I was charged 3 different charges on top of the payment I had already made. Charles did a great job. Not happy with the weird extra charges.

Terrance is such a professional. He truly cares for your home. He pays attention to your needs and never leaves without making sure you're ok with everything. I love that he considers your messages a priority, bc I have a newborn at home I asked him not to ring the doorbell and instead call upon arrival and he has done so. Whitney was organized and has a system when cleaning. A few things were shifted around, but easy to put back in place. The refrigerator door seemed like the ice maker flap went missing. She also left slightly earlier than the scheduled time, but everything looked like it was touched on. Overall she did a very good job.

Edgar was very personable. Great cleaner. I’m very impressed by his cleaning skills. I will definitely be using him, again. 😊

Tyrone did a great job with cleaning. What he did was a deep cleaning. Very thorough and spotless but.. He could only cleaned 2 bathrooms within 3 hours. The 3 hours was not enough to clean the whole house as I expected. Plus I had to put and organized everything back for him. Now that I know how he works, I will have to prioritize the area needs to be clean for my next appointment with him.

Booked for 6 hours and she kept herself busy the whole time to get as much done as possible. And I love that she asked questions to clarify expectations.
