We had a bumpy start and had to schedule the appointment three times, but Dustin came this morning. He’s a very nice young man fresh out of the military. He seems eager and enthusiastic.

She was over an hour late but is a fast cleaner. Not top quality shelves were missed. I felt guilty asking for her to include what was listed. She cleaned only 2.5 hours & seemed to want to leave.

Cleaning was okay. Four hours were booked for a two-hour space, but it wasn't spotless when the four hours was up. Unsure if notes given ahead of time were looked at.

She listened to any input I had on what needed to be done but was able to be very independent and used her intuition to decide the cleaning priorities while I was busy working in my office. Marshay was really nice but the 3 hours were spent on only 2 bathrooms and for the amount of time spent I would have expected more attention to detail. There was still some residue on sinks, tubs, and toilet.
