Cleaning time depends on the mess so if more time is needed,add it. If you have pets you are responsible for providing your own working vacuum. Heather was amazing—on time, kind, and did a great job cleaning! She also was very understanding when there were issues opening my door (pin pad) and she waited for me to come and open it, and did the full 2 hour clean starting after I opened the door. That wasn’t expected at all but it was above and beyond for sure!
Ale did a great job. Cleaned what I asked her to clean. Treated it like a job and asked if she could make a phone call which I respect that. She only needed a couple of my cleaning items and kept everything nice, wasn't all over the house getting supplies and wasting time. She came in, did her job and left. She was very nice as well.
